Challenge
Vacancies nobody finds (or wants to find)
Info Support has brilliant internship and graduation assignments — from wolf management software in Drenthe to earthquake monitoring in Groningen. The problem? Those assignments were buried in dry lists on the career website. Students scrolled past them like they were terms and conditions.
The challenge: how do you attract a generation raised on games and TikTok to a page with technical assignments? And how do you integrate that seamlessly into the existing career site, without it feeling like a side project?

Solution
The Netherlands in neon
We approached it the way every good adventure starts: with a theme. Inspired by Info Support's Mission Impossible campaign, we created a futuristic 3D map of the Netherlands in isometric perspective. Think: dark backgrounds, neon glow effects, animated trees and lanterns — like stepping into a game.
Each province features interactive beacons that light up on hover. Click one? A dashboard opens with project details, required skills, and assignment status. Technically built in Nuxt.js and connected to WordPress and Teamtailor via API, so new assignments automatically appear on the map.
The result: not a vacancy list, but an expedition across the Netherlands.

Seeing is believing
Enough reading, time to click. Navigate through the provinces, discover the beacons, and check out the project details. Yes, this is actually part of a career website.

Students that stick around
Visitors discover IT projects across the Netherlands in a way that feels like a game — not a job board. They click, zoom, and find assignments that match their interests.
Info Support as an innovative brand
A career website with an interactive 3D map? That says more about your company culture than ten 'we are innovative' pages combined.
Automatically up to date
Thanks to API integrations with WordPress and Teamtailor, new projects appear on the map automatically. No manual updates, no outdated content.
Seamless integration
The map runs as part of the existing Nuxt.js career website — no iframe, no separate tool, just part of the experience.
